Dr. Bridget Stiegler
Dr. Stiegler is highly regarded as an educator and respected as a dynamic and compassionate teacher. Her commitment to holistic, evidence-based care drives her mission to enhance quality of life, comfort, and autonomy for patients and their families navigating serious illnesses and to improve access to integrative modalities for the general population.
Dr. Bridget Stiegler is a distinguished osteopathic physician, board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine. Dr. Stiegler has over 20 years of experience in managing complex medical conditions in a variety of care environments, including the hospital, care facility, clinic and in-home setting. In March of 2025, she opened True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute, after completing an integrative medicine fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She is enjoying expanding her expertise in complementary and alternative healing modalities, blending the best of evidence based western medicine with ancient healing practices.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Stiegler is a clinical professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona and serves as Vice President of the Arizona Academy of Osteopathy. She is currently serving as physician member of the Data Safety Monitoring Board for Scottsdale Research Institute, overseeing landmark trials evaluating the utility of psychedelic medicines.
Dr. Stiegler completed her medical degree at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also undertook a pre-doctoral teaching fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, serving as chief resident in 2010, and later worked as a hospital academic teaching attending. In 2013, she completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Harvard Medical School and subsequently served as the director of hospice and palliative care for Northern Arizona Healthcare. She then advanced her knowledge and practice through completing fellowship in Integrative Medicine in 2025.
