Alysa Held, DNP brings 16 years of healthcare experience, specializing in integrative and preventative medicine. A Flagstaff native and Arizona educated (BSN - ASU, DNP - U of AZ) she completed the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine fellowship in 2023. At True North she blends traditional and alternative therapies to create personalized wellness plans.

MASSAGE THERAPIST
David Greenwalt, LMT is a Flagstaff local and founder of Forged in Flow Integrative Bodywork. He brings his personal experience with pain and trauma to his healing hands-on practice. David specializes in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Shiatsu, Reiki, integrative bodywork including red light/near infrared therapy, and grounding practices.

INTEGRATIVE ENERGY & HOLISTIC HEALTH PRACTITIONER
Sisu’s work is informed by her passion for the mind-body connection and personal experience navigating chronic anxiety. She blends Usui Reiki, Ho’oponopono-based practices, and trauma-informed care, to support nervous system regulation and emotional release in both humans and animals. Sisu is also the founder of The Wild Alchemist and a certified Animal Reiki Master.

Esther has been a practicing RN for 35 years with a diverse patient population. She has a Yoga Instructor certification, but her real passion is QiGong, which she has practiced for 6 years. Her mission is to give patients and people the tools to elevate their energy levels through meditation, movement (qigong), thus being better equipped to deal with the challenges of daily life .
