Chloe Coonrod, BSW
Chloe Coonrod is a Master of Social Work intern at Northern Arizona University with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges of health, life transitions, and personal growth. Her practice is grounded in Social Work Ethics and guided by person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. She believes that every individual has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth and healing.
At True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute, Chloe provides case management and counseling services designed to support the whole person. Through case management, she helps clients identify needs, connect with resources, and navigate services that can support their overall well-being. Through counseling, she offers a supportive space for clients to explore emotions, relationships, life experiences, and personal challenges.
Chloe is especially passionate about holistic approaches to wellness and believes that meaningful healing can involve the mind, body, relationships, and life experiences. Her goal is to meet each client where they are, honor their unique experiences and strengths, and work alongside them to create meaningful, sustainable change.
