David Greenwalt, LMT is a Flagstaff local and founder of Forged in Flow Integrative Bodywork. As a former firefighter and professional fighter, he spent years battling physical pain and trauma in high-stakes professions.

Now, David is on a mission to heal others just like he healed myself. Through personalized integrative bodywork, he helps people release deep-seated tension, recover from chronic or acute pain, restore emotional balance, and reconnect spiritually.

David specializes in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Shiatsu, Reiki, integrative bodywork including red light/near infrared therapy, and grounding practices.
