Dr. Ryan Ziegler, DMSc
Dr. Ryan Ziegler is a medical science professional and Green Beret veteran whose career is defined by a commitment to elite performance and recovery. Holding a Doctorate in Medical Sciences, Dr. Ziegler’s transition from the Special Forces to the forefront of integrative technology was born from necessity. Having sustained significant injuries during combat operations, he spent years navigating the long road of physical rehabilitation and the complex mental health challenges that often accompany high-impact service.
Through his own recovery, Dr. Ziegler discovered that traditional clinical approaches often hit a "ceiling." This realization led him to the study of frequency-based healing, eventually bringing his expertise to the True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute.
Dr. Ziegler has pioneered the introduction of Photovibroacoustic Therapy at True North—a cutting-edge suite designed to bypass the limitations of traditional therapy by working directly with the body’s cellular and nervous systems. These modalities are grounded in a robust body of peer-reviewed clinical research confirming their efficacy in biological repair, rejuvenation, and neurological regulation.
• Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy): Currently operational, this high-output booth utilizes specific wavelengths of light to trigger a photochemical effect within the cells. Supported by extensive peer-reviewed literature, this modality is proven to enhance mitochondrial function, reduce systemic inflammation, and significantly accelerate deep-tissue repair. Furthermore, it promotes systemic rejuvenation by stimulating collagen growth and synthesis, essential for structural integrity and skin health.
