Somatic work is a body-based healing approach that not only helps release stored tension, stress, trauma and more, it also helps us learn the language of our body. Each monthly class will offer:

  • A combination of education with experiential practices

  • Ways to compassionately build body awareness

  • Space to create safety within

  • A restoring & reclaiming of balance
