In this weekly class, we’ll explore pranayama, the ancient practice of breath control, to release emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system, shift emotional and intellectual limiting beliefs. Through guided breathwork, you’ll learn how breath awareness and regulation can create a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore balance. Join us weekly to breathe, heal, and transform.
Tai Chi
Shawn Bowker is certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Her Tai Chi classes will include focus areas of arthritis, fall prevention, seated Tai Chi, Sun 73, and Yang 24 form.
