Somatic & Vagus Nerve Practices
Our body remembers...
If you have ever felt stuck in anxiety, stress, overwhelm, pain (physical and more), or easily triggered, your body might be trying to speak to you.
Somatic work is a body-based healing approach that not only helps release stored tension, stress, trauma and more, it also helps us learn the language of our body.
This deep-dive class will teach you one powerful somatic and/or polyvagal technique you can use whenever anxiety, stress, or trauma responses take over. Walk away with a skill you and your body can rely on.
Whether you're new to somatic work or deepening your practice, this class provides a supportive space for all of us to listen to our body, regulate emotions, and cultivate lasting resilience through techniques such as guided breathwork, mindful movement, body scans, & sensory touch.

Dynamic Movement
Facilitated by Christina Boyd of Highpoint Mind & Movement.
Feel the power of small, intentional movements to bolster your healing journey.
Designed movements – gentle and intentional -- can help us loosen and release our habitual, unconscious neurological patterns of stress which can manifest in how we move, communicate, relate, breathe, and react to our environment.
These simple, easy-to-do movements, when experienced with inward focused attention, can promote internal homeostasis to improve autonomic regulation. This is key to healing chronic conditions, developing a strong nervous system, balancing emotions, releasing trauma, and maintaining health. As we attune to our body’s innate wisdom, we deepen our internal connections to experience a state of presence and well-being that can offer restoration and connection.
Whether you're dealing with stress, chronic health challenges, trauma, or simply looking for a new way to support your well-being, these small, amazingly effective movements offer a gentle yet powerful way to restore balance and support your body’s natural healing process.
