Movement Dynamics is a therapeutic class designed to help you release, relax, and reconnect.  Let go of tension, improve your mobility and stability, and enhance your cognitive function through a structured program of gentle movements. These simple, easy-to-do movements are done slowly with intention.

  • You will let go of deep patterns of tension to allow new, healthy patterns to emerge.

  • You will subtly re-align your posture for increased flexibility and greater stability.

  • You will activate and strengthen neural connections throughout the brain/body complex, clearing your mind and calming emotions

We will be working on three levels – standing, sitting, and lying down. If you are unable to lie on the mat, all movements can be modified.
